First off, everyone needs to download a little mod called SolarianAlarm, it turns your screen blue when you get the Wrath of the Astromancer. You can blow up the whole raid if you have the discharge so.

Abilities
Arcane Missiles - Human Form
Deals about 3.5k arcane damage per hit with 3 hits in total during the channelling time. Can be partially resisted and interrupted by having a tank taunt Solarian, forcing her to interrupt the cast.
Wrath of the Astromancer - Human Form
This ability has two parts: a DoT and a debuff. The DoT does 600 arcane damage every 2 seconds for 8 seconds. The DoT part will jump to other nearby players. The Debuff increases arcane damage taken by 45% for 45 seconds. The debuff stacks up to 10 times.
Mark of Solarian - Human Form
Reduces arcane resistance by 15 and stacks up to 30 times. This raidwide debuff is applied every 45 seconds. Also deals an increasing amount of arcane damage to the raid each time it's applied.
Fear - Voidwalker Form
Fears up to 5 targets in melee range.
Void Bolt - Voidwalker Form
A void bolt that deals around 5k shadow damage to Solarian’s target.
Monsters
Monster: Solarium Agent
A level 70 mob that hits hard.
Monster: Solarium Priest
A level 72 elite mob that has AE Silence, Holy Smite (low damage) and a Greater Heal that heals for 23125 - 26875.
Raid setup
4-5 "tanks", both feral Druids and Warriors (of any spec) are fine. Only 2 of these tanks should have full tanking gear on. Use the fully equipped tanks as the first to AE taunt each time in Phase 2. A low amount of healers, more then 7 will hurt you too much DPS wise. Melee DPS and AoE owns in this fight.
Small note
This is by far the fastest way to kill Solarian. It's possible to use different and more complicated strategies to kill her, but why bother when you can just zerg? Don't waste time gathering arcane resistance gear, this works!
Phase 1
Solarian will cast Arcane Missiles on random targets in the raid during this Phase. Have 4-5 tanks form a taunt rotation. Engage Solarian where she's standing and have DPS go all out from the start (pop bloodlust and everything you can think of); you want her at 70% or lower before the first Phase 2.
Have the tanks follow the rotation and taunt Solarian if she's targeting something else then a tank or a totem. Ignore the Wrath of Solarian ability; healers will have plenty of time to keep everyone up if the taunt rotation is done properly. When Solarian disappears Phase 2 starts.
Phase 2
Three portals open up at random locations in the room. From each portal 5 Solarium Agents spawn. Have the raid gather in the middle of the room. Split the tanks in the taunt rotation into two teams. Have one team AE taunt for each time you reach Phase 2.
The goal is to only reach Phase 2 two times. As soon as all the Solarium Agents reach the raid use two consecutive AE taunts while the raid kills all the agents with AoE attacks. Don't hold back or delay the killing of the Agents, Phase 1 starts fairly quickly.
Just before Solarian re-emerges 2 Solarium Priests spawn. All DPS should focus fire these down before heading back to Solarian, once again, don't hold back as DPS. The tanks should however go for Solarian right away to prevent random deaths from Arcane Missiles. The Solarium Priests can be tanked by anyone and anything, just DPS them down.
Phase 3
When Solarian reaches 20% HP she transforms into a Voidwalker, if you have a decent amount of people alive here you've won. Just tank and spank.
