RAID RULES
This is what you MUST bring to a raid.
Fully Repaired gear that means 100% durability.
Various number of flasks,elixirs and potions Healing/Mana pots and the ones that are usefull for your class.
Bandages.
Gold to be able to repair.
Sharpening stones for (Melee) dps mostly.
You must also have Ktm threat meter installed.
Its your responsibility to read the boss tactics when we reach a new encounter. And you should also be prepared to wipe alot when doing a new encounter
We have also started a guild bank which means we will always put all green items and such in it. Then we can disenchant it and make free enchants for people in the guild.
Raid Members/Members will always go first. which means that they got priority from drops and the trials cant roll for it until they are promoted. But if the Raid Members/Members decides to pass for it ofc trials can roll.
The sign-up for raids will be made on Gem (no sign up = no raid!)
Raid leader should not have to whisper people asking if they would like to attend.
If you have signed up and you don't show up without telling the raid-leader that you cant come you will receive a warning,
when you have three warnings you wont get a spot in the next raid.
This also means that if your a newly recruited player who signs up and doesn't show up when we ask you to do you will get a kick from the guild without a warning.
And if you have signed you shall stand outside the raid instance at least 10 minutes before the raid starts with all your items and PVP off!.
When part of a raid grp i don't want anyone talking on vent only Raid Leaders/Raid Assistant,dam annoying when these guys are talking explaining tactics etc and people are talking over them keep doing this and u will be muted!,ofc if something arises (Not your plonker ;D)and u need leave then u can talk and tell Raid-Leader.
We Raid for a min of 3hrs nothing less,i am not fighting my way through trash to get to a boss and find out someone has to leave! if u don't have at least this do not sign up.
Inactive people will be kicked after 1 week,if u are going on holiday or need alittle time from the game Raid-Leader must be notified.The guild must stay active in order to progress.
From now on i would like us to raid Sun,mon,tues,wed,thur Friday and Saturday is fun runs only(alts through kara etc)
Our raid times are 8gt-11gt
